LX

The base level K5, the LX, is powered forward by the 1.6L Gamma-II Turbo GDI engine, with an 8-speed automatic transmission, and gets to 180 horsepower and 195-lb-ft of torque. EX

Carried over is the same engine specs on the K5 EX, but what follows is a host of upgrades across the car, from wheels to design to interior materials to smart tech. The 16-inch wheels of the LX get upgraded by 2 inches to these 18-inch alloy wheels. Exterior added features include an added panoramic sunroof, black skid plates and convenient rain-sensing wipers and heated windshield. The GT Line of K5 ups the ante on the sport features. Changed from the EX is now black alloy 18-inch wheels, matched to a bevy of revised sporty design elements.
